CANNED FOOD DRIVE: Our canned food drive continues! Please drop off your cans in the foyer before school.

WINTER DANCE: The winter dance is coming up! Don’t miss it on December 16, 6:30 – 9:00 pm.

LIBRARY: Want to cook or make things over the holidays? Need a book to get you in the holiday mood or for singing holiday songs? Come see our library displays and remember everything check out now can be kept until after Winter Break!

The library has purchased electronic copies of four English core novels: The Pearl, The Giver, The Call of the Wild and Flowers for Algernon. Students who need to use them for homework will have a copy to use online, they can be used by one student at a time. They are read through the online library catalog from any computer. Search for the copy with the eBook symbol, click on the details, then the option to “read online.” See Ms. Andersen for a demonstration of how you can do this.

BE THE CHANGE: Make an effort to say hello to at least five people you don’t know and find out their names.--Mr. Hermann

All over the world, the United States is helping countries that are poor or have experienced a major disaster by sending people, money, food and supplies. Please be as generous as you can afford for our PJHS canned food drive.
