CHARACTER TRAIT: Ambitious is our character trait this week. If you have ambitious goals for your future, find an adult at school or somewhere else that can help you develop a plan for achieving your goals.
TRACK: This afternoon the track team is having a meet in St. Helena against Calistoga, Healdsburg and Robert Lewis Stevenson Middle Schools. Teachers, please dismiss the track team at 1:15pm today.
LAST SCHOOL DANCE: Save the date! The Spring Fling, the last school-wide dance will be on Friday, May 2nd from 6:30-9:00. 8th graders, you still have the Promotion Dance in June.
CLASS PANORAMIC PHOTOS: 8th Graders, the class panoramic photos have arrived. If your last name starts with I-R, come to the office today at lunch and if your last name starts with S-Z come at lunch on tomorrow. Thank-you.
ATTENTION 7TH GRADERS: If you would like to host a 6th grade Shadow Day student from your old elementary school here at PJHS, please sign up in the Counseling Office.
THINK ABOUT IT THURSDAYS:
1. Algebra Academy - will be from July 21st to August 8th. Students will have the opportunity to go around Petaluma to different businesses and learn how to apply Algebra in the workplace. The informational meeting is on Tuesday, May 6th at 7pm at the Kenilworth Library.
2. PYSL (Petaluma Youth Soccer League) – fall registration is on-line or walk-in on Saturday, May 3rd from 10-4pm
